They deal efficiently with the weekend lineup. Its usually VERY hard to get a second or third cup of coffee. Not enough seasoning on the homefries. Some of the staff can be a bit surly.

The food came out fast, and was pretty much what I expected for the cheap price and type of greasy spoon. Although the service was fast everyone look unhappy, and one look in the kitchen made me second guess my choice to eat here. People were obviously eating and picking at things, and hygiene was questionable. The person who appeared to be the manager looked like she might kill someone....I guess smiles aren't free here.

Although the food was passable, the atmosphere is atrocious. Not only could we hear some man who appeared to be the owner yelling at his staff, but not a single waitress had a smile on her face. I got the impression that I was visiting some sort of forced labour camp. Although the waitress was fast and efficient her miserable mug made me feel guilty for even entering the place. If that wasn't bad enough I wanted to substitute something in my meal and couldn't even do so for a charge. Apparently the owner or manager doesn't care about his customer's desires or treating his workers like people.
Floor in eating areas was not clean.
I ordered Montreal Smoked meat. I am sure I received Conred beef. When I commented to the waitress she informed me a number of customers comment the same, but she assured me it was Montreal Smoked. Perhaps you should listen to your customers. Call it what you want, but if it is not what customers expect, then you have a problem. I can buy better tasting Montreal Smoked meat at my local grocery store.
