I have lost the count how many times I have visited this place. One of my regular places for the Italian food. Great food, nice ambience and you can spend a very good time there with family & friends. They have a piano player on the weekends, great fun.
Great, authentic Italian dishes served by people who love what they are doing. Amazing family owned restaurant, just found it as I was driving in neighborhood. Superb portions, delicious flavors, and authentic Tiramisu for desert!
I live in Ottawa and have been to La Piazza several times. When I have out-of-town guests, I always bring them here. La Piazza has yet to disappoint. I have been to Italy several times. This is the real thing! The food is, flavorful and authentic. Every time I venture to La Piazza I leave happy. La Piazza is a casual and vibrant place, has a full bar and outside seating in the summertime. Highly recommended.
Best Restaurant in Manotick I have eaten at La piazza on three separate trips to Ottawa and have found the food to be consistently excellent - all paired a selection of well chosen wines. If you are a foodie, you will not be disappointed.
Our family frequents La Piazza fairly regularly, we have three small children under the age of six and they can be a handful. The owner of this restaurant is so accomodating, he always manages to find us a table with extra room so the kids can spread out with their coloring books. When it comes to the food, it's fantastic - the kids love the bread with olive oil and vinegar, they just shovel it in. They always know the right thing to serve the kids, spaghetti with tomato sauce. We love the food here, it's outstanding, my personal favourite is the Seafood Antipasto and the Veal Scallopini; my husband's the read meat eater and usually goes for the Angus striploin, which he raves about. Overall this is a wonderful neighbourhood restaurant that's just as good for the kids as it is for a date night.
