Communication with Anton has being easy, clear from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and easy going. He’s on time and does not rush the inspection process. His report is done same day and very well organized. He explained potential solution for the issues he found with the home. Highly recommend!

Everything was good. Anton found some issues in my new house. The builder is Sorbara and such builder is sucks. This builder doesn’t want to repair unless you submit a claim to Tarion. My suggestion is keeping away from Sorbara. Lots of issues so I had to hire Anton in order to know what is going on in my house. He provided me exceptional report with pictures. If you have a PDI always hire inspector, it will save you money down the road, specially if you get home from Sorbara.
