Anton at TRU Inspections did an extremely thorough job. He walked around the property with me and explained the different deficiencies in detail, and offered advice on how to fix the issues, estimated costs, and whether they were significant or minor deficiencies. Anton completed the home inspection report the same day the inspection was completed. Overall, TRU Inspections provided meaningful guidance on my home purchase and I am extremely thankful for his detailed work and hands-on approach.

Anton was flexible on multiple appointment change. He has the full knowledge on the advanced home inspection process. He arrived on time at the site and started his inspection. He explained me all defects (major and minor) and suggested the timeline for fix. His report is detailed enough with pictures and suggestions. Value for money. End of the day I had a peaceful mind. Will highly recommend him for his service.

I contacted Anton and I could tell from our phone conversation that I am making the right choice by going with him. He seemed extremely knowledgeable. He was able to accommodate me during my limited conditional period. On the date of inspection, he arrived on time and spent 3 hours with me. He did not rush anything. He was extremely thorough and pointed out every little detail. Afterwards, he spent some time with me to go over the report. Do not look anywhere else. He is the right guy.

We highly recommend using Anton for your home inspection. He was very responsive and punctual. He was very professional and did a very thorough inspection of all aspects of the home. I am in process of buying a condo and after seeing 25-30 options and looking at listed prices felt awkward re. potential hidden defects. Friends advised me to call a home inspector. As a result I managed to drop the price by $30k and learned how to use and maintain various equipment in the new condo.
