At first I thought the service was good. They responded quickly to questions but as soon as things changed, it got nasty. BUYER BEWARE. Their sales assistant told me that the unit would fit the truck - I later discovered that it wouldn't without cutting away part of the bed rail panel. I told them to cancel the order - this is when it started to get nasty. They said I have to pay a 5% cancellation fee. This was never brought to my attention during the sale process. They grab your money and run.
Extremely horrible customer service, never ever go back.
Stuck lock (THULE Force XT L)
I bought THULE Force XT L last month (20210610) from Racks For Cars Edmonton South Alberta Canada, couple of days ago I went for camping and hiking trip 1st time and passenger side lock stuck. Lock is not moving and key stuck in the lock, inside lock mechanism not engaged that's why I borrow strap from neighbor camper drove 1 hr to nearest town to buy strap. Its just wrong decision to buy THULE. and Dealer
Awesome awesome shop! Found out about them from Google and then comparison shopped on their site (SUCH a huge selection) and saw they had the bag I wanted in stock. Parking at the store was kind of a pain but the staff was super knowledgable/helpful. The web site stock was accurate (big plus and some how so rare!) and the staff pointed me to the right thing fast. The only thing I would like better is longer hours. I will be back. :)))
Ordered a Thule phone case, which they didn't have in stock. Amazingly, it was personally delivered to my door only 2 days later! Impressive service for an online order. I will definitely make a purchase again!
