I have no idea what the other comments on here are talking about. The service was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable about every product out there. The best racks aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. Will definitely come back again.
Horrible, the fellow behind the counter was extremely rude. Refused to let me speak with the manager let alone give me his name. Feel bad for the business owner only bad reviews. Wonder if he even knows his staff treat people so horribly..
Definitely one of my WORST experiences ever as a consumer! Sold an item that was defective. When I tried to return the item, they argued with me over and over. They treated me like I was stupid and wouldn't believe anything I told them. They did not treat me with any respect and even mocked me by trying to explain how a bike rack works. They sell nice products, but BEWARE as they do not stand behind what they sell. Very poor business practices. Go ANYWHERE else for the products they sell!!
They were helpful until they had my money and that was where the service stopped. The manager was also unhelpful and defended the lack of service. Wanted me to spend $40 to tighten 4 bolts down.
Wish I could return the product and buy from another store that would actually appreciate my business.
