I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company. I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having. I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future. I found Michaels and gave them a call, the woman who answered was very helpful, she took the time and gave me a price breakdown, what was what, described what everything looked like and then even emailed me some pictures. Not only do they have a great selection of paper, stamps, Tim Holtz stuff, the classes are fabulous. I met 2 ladies who drove up from Seattle to take a card class in Langley. That tells you how fabulous the classes can be. You are acknowledged when you come in the store but you aren't followed around.
