Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Shout out to Chris! He went above and beyond last night to help me out. Even tho its not part of his job he went outside in the pouring rain to remove my headlight assembly and install the headlight I bought. I could never have managed to do this myself and am very grateful he did this to make the rest of my drive safe. And when I drove the the snow on the Coqihalla I really needed that headlight!!! Kudous and a huge thankyou to Chris!!!!
