I will never return they lost our tax papers and it took them 30mins to find them. They take forever to file your taxes and terrible customer service. The guy that did our taxes couldn’t finish them he could only do half of it. I don’t know why he works there if he can’t finish them. Terrible place to do your taxes never go there your better to go to an experienced accountant that knows there stuff and would find your tax papers fast and at least they would know were they are located lol
