Terrible experience, I was at home all day waiting for my package and the deliverer came and didn't even ring the bell or knock on the door, nothing... Now I have to wait again for some other day.
So, if you ever have a delivery with them, place a note on the door saying to ring or knock :)
Ils ne sonnent même pas à la porte, le lieu de Pick Up est au fin fond de Lachine et vous avez seulement 5 jours ouvrable pour vous rendre. Fermé les fin de semaines. Alors, Good Luck.
Literally in the middle of nowhere, last time I had to bike there from downtown because there is virtually no transit service to get there. And then because I am studying in Montreal from out of province they would not accept my ID to pick it up since the address did not match (even though the name did), and made me dig through all my emails to find some sort of proof of address. This time they did not even leave a notice of delivery, so I can not even go pick up my package. Trash.
