Went to This Home Depot because it is close to home. Needed mulch to finish gardens. Apparently, the person ahead of me was buying the rest of the black mulch I needed. I asked associate, Benny if there was anymore. He explained it was up on the skid and may take some time to get it down. He immediately called for another associate to take down with a fork lift. Right away they worked together to help make this happen. Within 10 minutes or less I was on my way. Excellent help in garden!

Unfortunately I've had a couple of bad experiences very recently that made me want to review. I asked an associate a question, and he barely acknowledged me. I asked again, and he responded very condescendingly. Not helpful whatsoever. In the same aisle, there was another associate speaking the same way to another customer. Don't get me wrong, I've had many good experiences with many good employees, but this rubbed me the wrong way.
