I picked up clothing 2 weeks early items that didnt sell. 1 sold I received a $10 credit. Used it 4 months later now worth $8.77. A new designer purple sweater was no where to be found for pick up. I asked did it sell, she didnt know and that she did not take it. Also that they dont have time to look for customers cloths. Too much to do.
It was NOT the answer I was expecting. Questioning her about my belongings annoyed her.
Suggestion: If you want your business to grow change the Attitude.

My experience with this store is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The first time I visited the store I was looking for a coat. The owner called me a few days saying she had just received something I might like. Sure enough the item was a perfect fit and according to my taste. I was impressed. I have become a regular since then, and my experience is always a most pleasant one.
