Ordered and paid for a table in March and was told it would available to be picked up in a few weeks. We did not receive the table until mid July. Absolutely horrible customer service. Was calling every few weeks to receive an update as to where the table was. I was told by one employee that I would be provided with a tracking number and then a different employee would tell me that tracking numbers didn't exist for this shipment. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
ordered a bed march 4 was told 4-6 weeks.and paid in full no call/follow up. called end of April &was told expected delivery June 5. called mid June the girl said she will call me back &no call back called again. john returned my call saying sorry the fabric Is out of stock offering a discount. he wont give me my money back he wants to charge a $500 restocking fee don't know for what. and today is June 24 and still no bed. I will be going to Windsor star with this. don't waste your money & time
I was looking for a new couch and I had in mind what I wanted. From the time I walked in the door of Phoenix till the time I rec'd my new couch, the service was excellent. They were able to design my couch with the dimensions of my living space with a computer program. I could see exactly what the couch was going to look like it. The staff could not have been more helpful. Delivery time was great. I absolutley love my new new customized couch. I would recommend Phoenix to everyone.
I have shopped here over the years and love the friendly service and selection of quality home products. Everything I have purchased has lasted much longer then products I have purchased elsewhere. Yes special orders do take time but it takes just as long, or much longer, if you order special items at other stores too. If you want friendly service, great selection and quality at a good price then you should definitely shop at Phoenix
I have been shopping at this store since they opened and have always loved their modern style. You won't find this stuff anywhere else around here and their prices are good. Yes sometimes you have to wait a little bit, but well worth it! I love my furniture.

Prolonged Delay of Delivery
Having placed and paid for a $1000.00 order, I was assured delivery would be completed within 6 weeks. This did not happen, after repeated assurances there was not an issue.
A meager voucher of $30.00 was offered to me. This is no where near adequate...Never shopping here anymore.
