I asked for my acrylic nails to be removed and to get a new set. The man who did it ripped my nails off using the tip of a plastic nail which was excruciating. While buffing my nails he cut me causing me to bleed on several fingers. I requested 3 times for my nails to be round and he ignored me and acted annoyed. I left without my nails being finished or painted because of frustration and pain and he still made me pay $40 (which isn't even the price on the wall?) Awful service
