unprofesional and very bad at communicating. they don't answer calls and take long to reply to email. they send someone to service our coolers and he made a huge mess and was very rude. one of the coolers made a huge leak and a large area of the carpet is wet.

Pure Life H2o, have excellent and well qualified technical staff as well as a very helpful customer service staff. What I really appreciate is that when you call, there is always someone happy to assist you. The quality of the water system that we are using in our office is really exceptional.
