Terrible service. Waited 50 minutes for my pizza and pasta order. Chef burned the pizza and had to make it again! What kind of chef burns a pizza? Never told me until after 45 minutes of waiting that they burned it and had to start over. I cannot rate the food as I left after getting tired of waiting. There are better places to go that have courteous service and food that comes out on time.
Worst service by far that I have ever experienced in my life. I’m actually baffled that people can run a business like this. From the girl who took orders/answered calls almost hanging up on me for complaining that my pizza was almost two hours late to the “manager” who offered no apology or understanding and said he’d talk to the girl. And went on to laugh also? RUDE and just a blatant disrespect for people who keep your business alive. My company routinely ordered from you for..no more!
What a disappointing experience. My veal sandwich was so horrible. Veal cutlet was so hard and dry that I could not bit into the sandwich. After my comment they just put more sauce on the sandwich???? This was last time for me!!!
Extremely rude middle aged gent running the show on the take out delivery side. Berated delivery driver and lacked any politeness for me as a customer either.
FINALLY. A place in Toronto that serves awesome Pizza! Fresh Toppings, loaded with taste, perfect cheese, and a great crust. And not greasy! Hands down my favourite and best Pizza parlour in Toronto. The Danforth Pizza house is good, but this is better. If you have ever had pizza in the Windsor-Detroit area, this pizza is made from that same recipe. You'll know as soon as you taste it. If you decide to dine in, the interior is clean, casual, and a classy. Staff is friendly and work hard to ensure you are happy with your meal. The pasta dishes are good too, very fresh, and good sized portions. The prices are standard fare.

At Vesuvio’s you can count on some of the best Italian food in the city, and if you’re looking for a spot within a modest budget, then this is the place. The group menu includes Italian dishes like chicken parmesan, veal chop, risotto and more.

Vesuvio is that oh-so-cute Junction spot for a romantic Italian dinner with affordable and perfectly rendered dishes like a traditional spaghetti carbonara, veal scallopini or mushroom risotto. Or opt for delivery from their condensed takeout menu. For an arrabiata option, sample the Vulcano pizza, spiced to perfection with hot peppers, hot capicollo and hot Italian sausage, or bonus, a piping hot panzerotti (watch out, that cheese will be steaming!)
