I ordered a piano on phone, was charged a deposit as they had to back-order the piano. I was put in a circle of, We have not received the order for some reason. Lemme talk to Yamaha and give you a call back (which they never do), which continued for three months from ordering date. Even on the final day I was told that Yamaha had further pushed the order to three more weeks, to which I asked for a refund.

This company will agree to terms over the phone of a 2 wk waiting period then take your deposit then send you an invoice not recognizing the agreed upon terms. Then you will try to reach them and they wont call you back.....12 wks later and you can demand your deposit but they wont give it back. BEWARE of this company, they will talk to you in circles.
