Shockingly disrespectful

If you call, the workers will hang up on you. This was the worst customer service experience i have had in a long time.

I purchased an expandable pencil case in person at this store two months ago. Today, I called and asked if I could pay by credit card over the phone and have them mail another pencil case to me. They couldn't take payment over the phone but were willing to hold the pencil case until I can mail them a cheque. The person I dealt with (the son of the owners) was utterly pleasant throughout. Five stars!
