I found the staff very kind and helpful, but Dr. Landolt was quite rude. She didnt even look at my skin, and kept insisting that my condition was a result of hand sanitizer use during COVID although I rarely go outside/use hand sanitizer. She also kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my problem, and acted as though I was wasting her time. I waited 4 months for a 5 minute appointment and she did not even look at my skin; I am very disappointed, and do NOT recommend her.

Disappointed

Very disappointed. I waited for 3months for my appointment date and also I spent over an hour,way past my scheduled appointment time before they called me into the waiting room. There I waited an extra half an hour to see Dr. Dekoven. He wasn't helpful at all. I told him I brought 2 skin issues I would like him to help me with as its urgent.He said"Well I can only help with one today go home and come back another day with your other issues"I was utterly shocked.He gave me a gel that didn't work.

Their medical staff are very proffesional, too bad the fronk desk treat patients very rude, I will never recomend this clinic just for this reason.

Front desk staff is simply rude!

I love Dr. Shapiro, very sweet and knowledgeable. Her staff on the other hand horrible, one of the receptionist is so rude, her excuse: she is busy. She sounds so miserable, frustrated and overwhelmed. I think her name is Corine?. Please Dr. Shapiro, your front desk is damaging your practice: take control.

I waited 2months ...

I waited 2months and drove 50km and took half day off for a cold rude and not proffesional response"you don't have an appointment"and when I tried to defend myself the secretary told me that I was not normal that day meaning I'm crazy ,the doctor came out too and he was worst he just told me to go back 50km.I was never treated so badly my entire life ,absolutely no respect, no humility ,no manners ,didn't apologize even once ,that is my first review ever that's how mad I am,it was pure injustice

In one word: horrible. The appointment I made months in advance was running over an hour late, and the appointment ended up being under a minute. Lori Shapero prescribed very expensive creams that didn't work at all.i
