    My family and I have been a member of the YMCA of Stafford for roughly 5 years. We switched over from another gym because the Y has better rates and a family atmosphere.

    I go to the YMCA of Stratford pretty frequently. I mainly use the cardio machines but they have a very wide selection of classes and weights.

    I'm always at YMC...

    I'm always at YMCA in Stratford because of the awesome workout facilities they have. Even when I do the classes, I feel like I get a really tough workout in. It's awesome!
