If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
I live in Woodstock, so our packages come from the Stratford depot as we dont have our own depot.
Driver left a notice saying they were here at 10:19am, funny because so was I!
No knock, just left a notice that I would have to pick up my package in Stratford. 40 minutes away. I called customer service and they were even given the runaround by this location, were told my package would be re-delivered or left at the Woodstock pickup point.
Purolator stated they tried to deliver at 11:53. No notice left. They said they re-tried, and successfully dropped off the package at 5:44, no signature required. Why then could they have not left it at 11:53? One of two things happened. They delivered to the wrong house, if they delivered at all. Or the driver quite possibly lied about it and went home with a new blu-ray player in this case. Never use Purolator in Stratford.
Left me a ticket saying “they missed me” at 3:15pm and when I checked my Ring Doorbell Camera I saw he had stopped by at 3:28pm and didn’t even ring my door bell! I guess he couldn’t be bothered to properly leave my package and wanted to go home for the day. I will never order anything that uses Purolator, absolutely useless!
