Everytime I go to this Tim Hortons I get so pissed off. Never fails, we use the drive thru, I order an extra large dd. When I get my coffee it is never full as a matter of fact it is about an inch short, if I poured my coffee into a large cup that's what I would have.....a large and I paid for extra large. As a former employee of Tim Hortons I would never have done that. Your staff needs to be re-trained. the next time this happens I will be sure to go into the store to complain.
