Good fast service, big portions and great taste. Waitress was very professional. Bread was on the table within 30 seconds of sitting down. Great spot to eat. Prime rib is the best.
This didn't start well. It took quite a while to get our drinks, and then when the waitress brought our 'bread basket', it had empty bread finger wrappers and butter foils mixed in with it. It was clearly from another table. When she brought us 'another' basket, the unwrapped bread fingers still had the butter smeared all over them. The third basket was presumably fresh. The roast beef was excellent, but again the service was very slow. We waited a long time for our bill, and finally had to go to the kitchen to find out where it was. The meal was excellent, but the service was indifferent at best.
Food AND service are cold... I was served a small and cold steak by an extremely pretentious waitress. The atmosphere felt like a hotel lobby and for a place that many feel is "fancy", I was quite disappointed in all aspects of my dining experience there.
Our server was not plesant to us. I don't think she liked having to serve teenagers in this "classy" place. The food isn't worth what you pay for it. I don't think you can get anything under $20 a plate. If your a simple burger and fries type of person than this restaurant is definately not for you. I don't see what the big deal was about this restaurant, I expected more. I won't return.
Terrible service, very inattentive. The steak was equally as bad as the atmosphere which feels like the cheap motel it is housed in.
