We toured all of the Peterborough retirement residences when we were looking for a spot for my father. Applewood immediately felt warm and welcoming. We have never regretted the decision. They have provided a home-like atmosphere, with caring staff, and plenty of activities for those so inclined. The management response during this COVID pandemic has been nothing short of heroic. Not a single case. Thank you for your providing a home for my dad!
Our family couldnt be happier with Applewood Retirement Residence. Applewood is a very welcoming home and the staff are very caring and compassionate.....always friendly and welcoming. Our Mom is constantly telling us how lovely all of the staff are and how kindly she is being treated. She also loves the food :) We highly recommend this home.
I had a wonderful stay at Applewood. The staff are professional, warm and welcoming and make you feel at right at home. I especially enjoyed The Friendship Room which offers 24 hour snacks and refreshments including a delicious lunch/dinner salad bar.
Each floor has complimentary laundry facilities which I found very convenient and the worry free “turn key” experience allows me the freedom to come and go as I please. Thank you Applewood for a truly enjoyable stay.
