Very bad customer...
Very bad customer service.I got an appointment to install a car Bluetooth, I booked the appointment two weeks ahead. I took a day off to get it done, so i brought the car at 7am, then received a call at 10am, saying the part for the car isn't there yet. They should've told me a day before or when I dropped off the car. It was a waste of my time. Then when I went to pick up the car and complain, the employee asked me if I wanted to cancel the order, instead of doing something about it and finding a solution.What kind of service is that?!
