I was sent to Oshawa Appliance Parts as an authorized service company by Bissell Canada. I left my vacuum with them on Dec 21/2018 and was told 2-3 weeks turn around for repair. It’s now Mar 1/2019, we still don’t have our vacuum back and they don’t even have the decency to follow up with us. We have to keep calling them. Absolutely unprofessional.
This place is so bad when it calls to answering their phone! I have been waiting for over a week to get a part fixed and have been phoning to find out when it will be ready and no answer AND their voicemail is full. Terrible customer service!!
