I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day three days in advance and the flowers were NOT delivered that day. When I tried to reach them to inquire about the flowers, no one picked up until the next day. I understand that it was the busiest season for the store, but to not inform customers about the status of their orders is really unacceptable. There’s plenty of other flower stores that have the manpower and availability of flowers to get the job done reliably!
If I could them a zero I would. Do not order from them! I paid $132 to have a flower arrangement delivered to my mother in laws house as my father in law had passed away. Imagine my embarrassment when the flower arrangement was delivered. (see pictures, the one with the white back ground is what was ordered from their website & the picture with the flowers on the table is what was delivered) How disgusting & disappointing,of a business to take advantage of people at a time like this.

Terrible customer service. When I ordered my arrangement they guaranteed a morning delivery time but it turns out they had no control over this. When I requested at least a partial refund because of their error they would only refund the delivery fee. They seemed to have no control over their own business processes. They get two stars instead of one because my mom did love the flowers when they eventually arrived, 8 hours late.
