Bought a very expensive dress and left to be altered! Bought dress with the advice that it would be altered with no problem! Came back for fitting all marked came back week later with no alterations done!!!! Had to edit while the alterations were now done in an hour! My dress is disgusting everytime I put it on it makes me cry and the wedding is in 4 days! Alterations were a fortune and an awful job! Even though they tried to convince me otherwise! AND NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT
Took my daughter to Edith's for a prom dress. We arrived on a Sunday morning without an appointment, and were treated like royalty. My daughter is a size 16/18 and many stores don't carry sizes for curvier girls and it can be very upsetting and discouraging. At Edith's there were dozens of great choices in every size possible, and they made my daughter feel beautiful and special - like a princess. She ended up having trouble choosing between several lovely gowns that all fit like a dream!
I will NEVER recommend or return to this store. The sales associate that we dealt with was aggressive and really didn't care whether I liked the dress. She was solely concerned about her making a sale. I was VERY clear about my budget and she continued to show me dresses beyond my budget. I was so disappointed but this will not discourage me with my search. I've learned my lesson and I advise any bride to be do not visit this store.
Great selection on eveningwear! The store is huge and it can be overwhelming. However, 2 hours later i walked away with the perfect dress for my event. I was happy with the customer service and will definitely be back in the future.
I was recommended by a friend to check out Edith's. Glad I did! The store is huge and carries a lot of stock. I was able to find a Terani dress last minute for a wedding I have next week. They have a seamstress on site so I was able to make an appointment right away. The customer service was attentive and I would recommend this store to anyone.
