I bought a bed and mattress set from the Dundas and Dixie location. I wish I never did! They tell you one thing and do another. I was told they didn’t have the box spring in stock at the time I purchased the set and it would be delivered at a later time that week and to just make a call to insure it will be sent that day. I called the brick and they had no record of this. I was told I didn’t purchase a set. This along with 3 other errors. 2 weeks later and I still don’t have what I paid for.
worst ever. I bought a bedroom suite the 11 of February and was told it would be ready on the 1st of March of course it never arrived so called them and they said it would be ready the 10th of March they called and confirmed on the Thur so my husband stripped the whole room and waiting for it to arrive. He called at 11 no we don’t have it ? then it came yesterday . They delivered half of the bed DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE. So we called and were told the rest of the bed is not in stock. HALF A BED??
