ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. arrived in Toronto and provided Peel with confirmation number and they told me they didn’t have any vehicles for me and this was the airports fault and not mine. They overbooked and refused to admit it. I had this rental booked 2 ago and had to wait for another rental service. Very disappointed.
So many hidden costs it's crazy. Charged extra for tiny bumps mysteriously found after we got back. When you're quoted $60 for 4 days it will turn out to be $700. Lesson learned, never ever use them

We had the worst experience ever with Peel. No wonder they are the cheapest price online, once you get there they have tons of hidden fees that they tell you about. It took them over an hour to pick us up at the airport but each time we called they assured us they would be there in 10 minutes. Then we finally got to the rental agency only to learn they have to charge us MORE for dropping it off early, insurance that we already had with credit card, etc. DONT GO WITH PEEL save your frustration.

Sorry to hear about the experience you had I personally looked at your contract and you were not charge anything for the insurance. It is company policy to confirm the insurance on the vehicle while renting out the car. When you reserve a car under the policy it is mention that the customer will be asked for the validity of the insurance on a rental car, or proof of insurance. It is also mention about the after hours. If the vehicle is being picked up or drop off after hours (out of business hours) and customer required or request a ride to the airport after hours. there is after hour charge, since company has to request an employee to come after hours to serve the customer, unless customer likes to drop off the car after hours and take a taxi or ride then there is no after hour charge in your case you were not charge anything for after hours. I looked at you contract you were charge exactly what you were quoted only thing you were charged extra was for baby seat which not added on you reservation. I made a reservation 4 days prior to the rental. The same day, I called to confirm reservation and every thing was good. When I arrive to the airport. I called to get them to pick me up and they told me that my reservation was cancelled and that there was no car available for me. How do you think that I felt. ... The answer from the person on the phone was I am sorry but We send you a cancellation note to your e-mail which I actually look for it and I did not find it. .....Very disappointing... You should thing before cancel a reservation... Remember you are expecting to have a car when you arrive that is why you make a reservation. Cancellation via e-mail no cool....... Unfortunately you just loss my business
