I came here about a month ago with a renovation project for my master ensuite. I was greeted by Adam who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about design and products they carry. Adam made it a breeze, form helping select the vanity to all the accessories we purchased for the bathroom. I was very impressed with the excellent delivery with such a short deadline, I recieved all my products within 10 days. Highly recommend!!!!

I went to multiple big name kitchen and bath stores and I got the best prices and service at Kolani. Very friendly and easy to communicate with both by phone and my email. I spent lots of time with the salesperson compiling my list of wants and needs for my 4 bathrooms and kitchen. He was very patient and very helpful.

WARNING!!! EXCERCISE EXTREME CAUTION!!! I bought bathtub from this company and when I brought it home and took out the packaging discovered the left under corner was cracked. Upon calling Kolani, they asked me to send them pictures. I complied and received no call back. After going in person, they said just return that one. When i brought in the damaged bath tub, I was ridiculed and interrogated by their clerks like I was some kind of criminal. Then they refused to exchange it. Horrible service
