The food was great, with interesting dishes that you wouldn't expect in your average, small-town buffet place. I'm from a big city and have been to many different buffet places, and this one definitely holds it's own. The decor is clean and simplistic and the service is fantastic, drinks arrived promptly and dirty dishes were always gone by the time we were done refilling our plates. Will definitely come back!
The WORST buffet I've ever eaten at!! Food was stale, overcooked broccoli, and horribly presented. Truly disgusting. We left feeling cheated and ripped off. There was absolutely NOTHING fresh in any of the dishes. Even the fruit was shrivelled up!! Horrible!
FINALLY Kingston has great Chinese food! Panda Garden is consistently hot and delicious, very fresh and lots to choose from. The General Tao chicken is a hot chili spiced dish that is fantastic, even addictive. We've eaten the buffet 3 times since it opened last year and we order take out or delivery at least twice a month. The service is exceptional. The buffet is kept hot and fresh and we have not had any mixups with our takeoout or delivery orders. The staff are very friendly and so fast at keeping our tables clean that you hardly notice their presence. Their wonton soup is one of the best I've had (and they even put lots of wontons in the takeout orders). Egg rolls are crispy as are the huge sweet and sour chicken balls. Great stuff, keep it up!

We got there around 7:30p.m. and when we went up with our plates we were very much disappointed by the number of pans with very little or no food on them at all! Ok, being famished we scooped up what they had but this salmon they had was all dried out so we skipped that. The food didn't look very appetizing and the taste was oh so bland and not very fresh. Panda Inn won't change my opinion of buffet restaurants. We won't be back.
