Honest and friendly service my next car will be another Volkswagen just to be able to keep coming to these guys

Was way overcharged for a part, this led to a very expensive bill even with reasonable shop rates. I will attempt to fix on my own with much cheaper parts in the future.

Disappointed with the customer service. Had called twice for an oil change and when I showed up I was sent away and told to call back later in the morning. When I did I was once again turned away. I could not believe this because I was turned away twice. When a shop tells a customer to come in for service they should honour their word and keep the appointment and not turn away a customer.
