    WOW!!!

We were going to Hamilton Place and were looking for a nice Italian Restaurant and tried Claudio's. The location was in a corner of a large parking lot , it looked like a run down area, but Claudio's restaurant looked nice on the outside, so we went in. Louis took our coats as we entered the lobby and from that moment on it was one of the best dining experiences we ever had. The staff was very friendly, food and wine great, beautifully decorated inside dining room . It was our 32 wedding anniversary and Claudio's gave us a complementary dessert cocktail and dessert. Nice touch, well done ! See you soon, Paul & Marlene

    Take time to visit Claudio's

Second visit to Clauio's and we weren't disappointed. Service was good - Kristina (chef) came to the table to bring the entree's..Went there for a Christmas lunch and the restaurant was full - the noise level was pretty high due to so many people but the service did not falter. Our servers pampered us..we'll definately be back! **Never had lamb osso buco before but oh my, what a delight!!!

Little Bit of Italy in Corktown

Add this great Italian restaurant to the list of La Cantina, La Piazza, and LoPresti's in the Corktown area. I have had several great meals at this restaurant, and I would argue it is one of the best restaurant experiences in the city. Chef Kristina and her husband Claudio rolled out the red carpet the first time we wandered in to their restaurant. We asked if the salmon was wild or farmed, and we were pleasantly surprised when Kristina came out to tell us how she was lucky to get the wild salmon on that day. It was exquisite. The potatoes were scalloped and drizzled with olive oil, and greens that accompanied were perfectly prepared. Attention to detail at Claudio's is evident from the waiter'sattentiveness, to changing of glasses, and complementary mineral water and limoncello. They know how to make dining an entertaining experience
