Very good food and service. We had a beautiful table and the food was excellent.
1010 is our local, neighborhood restaurant, but we would frequent it even if it weren't local. The service is always friendly and quick, and the food is among the best in Hamilton. Fish mains are especially good, soups and salads are delicious and filling, and the calamari appetizer is wonderful. We always try to leave room for dessert.
This is a great bistro restaurant in the heart of Westdale. I've been here twice, once for dinner and another time for lunch. The food here was better at dinner for some reason. I had the Lamb Ziti as lamb is one of my favorite meats and it was an amazing concoction. lamb smothered in a tantalizing pesto sauce with herbs, artichoke hearts, cashews, and wrapped around a big piece of hand made pasta sheet... what a delight. The service is attentive at dinner but maybe lighter during lunch as there are less people. A bit on the high end but expect high end results.
Our party ranged in age from 55 to 68. Some members found some of the seafood meal rather tough and tasteless. Extremely high priced.
