Swiss Chalet

Our server, Megan, was so great! She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Food was great, but she made our meal. She explained all the covid procedures and was smiling and laughing behind her mask the whole time. That has gotta be tough on all the staff. So appreciated!

If I could rate it lower I would!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. We had a 5:30 reservation. Waited and waited. Sold out of beef, no pasta or chicken Parmesan anymore. Apps after 45 mins I had to ask for. Kids were starving. People were sat after ya and were eating before I got up to ask for our apps. Think he forgot to put our order in? My moms stir fry, rice was all clumped together. No nealfame our complete. Will NEVER go back. So much for my moms birthday.

Forgot toppings that were paid for. Skimped us on the fries, bones in chicken sandwich. Driver was rude and entered the house without being invited in.

They have good hospitality. I do wish the would add veggies to the dinner plates menu.
