Most authentic Indian cuisine in Guelph. The dinner for 2 - including pakoras, aloo gobi, samosas, beef or lamb curry and chicken curry, naan, rice and salad for $28 - is our standard. Small family run business with small eat in restaurant. I personally don't like eating in because of the lack of ambiance and the drafty door that is continuously opening when take-out customers arrive. Great food and great service.

Really bad food. Gravy was too watery. The Tikka was too salty.
The owner was pleasant so I have no complaints about service but they need to do something about the food very fast.

The food was not very good. The main dishes were watery and did not have enough meat. The Naan was the worst Naan I have ever had. I threw away the Samosas.
The Restaurant was tiny and dingy. You have to stand at the entrance to the kitchen to order/pick up and pay.
We will not go back.

It's such a comfortable neigbourhood restaurant. The owner does most of the serving and he's so friendly. Pretty much all their food is great; I've been at least 7 times. I suggest you try it out at your first opportunity.
