An old-fashioned business that can actually repair your small appliances instead of just replacing them. Real expertise like this is hard to find. The owner is very knowledgeable and could not be nicer.

Appalled

I wish you could give a negative rating. I have just gotten off the phone with this establishment and am absolutely appalled with their customer service and lack of respect. I was completely disrespected when asking for directions to send a parcel for warranty service, was spoken to with unacceptable terms, tone, and all around behaviour. I was even hung up on and told to go and find another dealer. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and submitted a report to head office. Ridiculous, and completely uncalled for behaviour that reflects very poorly on your business.
