Concord Post Office

I dont think the owners enjoy the post office business so much.

Terrible service. More ambition in a turtle

i got a notice today (jan 22/18) at my office with an illegible date saying something like jan 10, 12 or 19th saying to come get a parcel "tomorrow" after 1 pm. The phone number does not work and there is no voice mail. Am i really supposed to run around town to chase this? hmm.

The customer service at this location is exceptional! I am always welcomed into the store with a positive attitude. The ladies in Concord are very helpful and it is evident they care about their customers! Thank you for your hard work :)

The mail is never...

The mail is never on time. There are days they don't even deliver it. It is very difficult to run a business when the Canada mail is so unreliable. When you call to complain, it is so difficult to have any solutions. Its alway the same old excuse they give you. I really wish they can be more reliable.
