I call the office today and spoke to someone who claimed to be the owner. He was one of the more rude and offensive people I have spoke to in some time. He clearly made allot of assumptions about why I was calling without even asking any questions. If that's the way he conducts business, I would be very uncomfortable having his company do any type of service or support for me. God only knows what I'd get.
