Tried to ask about their products after visiting their store. The owner clerk (whowver)just gave me a card and kept talking to anothet womam. Very rude Portegese speaking people
I bought my fridge through bigger company like Home Depot and Zehrs . Both stores screwed up the delivery schedule without telling me. My husband had to take a day off in order to be in the house to receive the item. Very upsetting cause nobody comes ang when I called ,they said the deliver schedule is changed. We went to the store and cancelled our purchased. We then go to City Appliance, a small appliance store . We purchased the fridge only 1 day wait, we got the fridge so quick.
I bought a fridge on sale at a large chain store on sale and was waiting 6 weeks for delivery. I walked in to City Appliances and saw the same fridge for $100 less and they delivered it 2 hrs later. I have since purchased 3 other appliances and also had them service others in my home. Great service and prices.
Never again.I called this company based on a recommendation. We shopped at the location and the sales person didn't have adequate knowledge of his appliances. We ordered a 1000$ dishwasher. When it arrived to be installed the installer had never "installed one before" It took 4. hours. From there on there has been nothing but problems with drainage and we have had 7 service calls and each time it is OUR fault. 3 years later and we are getting a new one elsewhere. LEMON! I would not recommend.
