Me and my mom have been ordering from jumbo dragon in brantford for years and I can honestly say never has the food been anything but delicious and is always made to order as fast and efficiently as possible.I recommend this place to anyone who wants good fast Chinese. We don’t order our Chinese from anywhere else.

The food was great, but the phone service SUCKED!! The Lady who took my order was so rude and didn’t even say goodbye, she just hung up on me! Wow. Way to make your customers feel horrible, I didn’t even wanna go into the store to get my order after that. But I did. Good thing the younger blond guy who works there and got me my Food at pick up was AMAZING! If I would’ve left a tip, it would’ve & should’ve been for him!!

This was my first and last time ordering here. Batter on egg rolls and chicken balls, were barely cooked..no flavor to the chow mein...

My family, friends and I have eaten here multiple times for takeout every time the food has tasted fresh and so far always has been right. I go there at least once a week for the combination platter's, large servings and very delicious.

Absolutely disgus...

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered the lunch special chicken balls and rice. Go to eat my rice and there is a piece of some kind of animal in my rice. Looked like a windpipe attached to a neck bone piece. I wasn't sure so I asked what part of the chicken it was and they said meat. Um no there is no meat on that piece. I asked if they just ground up the whole chicken and they said no that's just dark meat. Is it beak foot what? Never even offered me different rice. I just walked out disgusted. I will never eat there again.
