Kelsey's invites you to their restaurant. This dining room cooks hamburgers for 11$ to 25$. You can get there not only by public transit but also by car.
When the waitress served my quesadilla, the sour cream slipped off and landed all over me. She was extremely apologetic and the Manager(?) did come over to talk to us. I cleaned up the best I could, but sat there in soggy clothes eating a very ho hum quesadilla. There was hardly any chicken in it. I was offered a free dessert, but I said if rather have something taken off the bill. Well, a whole 7.50 was taken off! Woopie!! ?The sour cream had also got into my purse and on my phone as well.
We used to be regulars here until Eastside Marios and Boston Pizza came to town, but now we only go if the other places are crowded or closed. Kelsey's food is not good. It's badly cooked, badly seasoned and quite drab. They've done a few overhauls to the decor over the years but it's not very successful. It's dreary and, in my opinion, not very clean. The carpets are stained and there's always a layer of dust on the window ledges and blinds. I usually order a steak but I can't remember the last time when I had a nice one. The service is also slow. They are in a different league than Boston Pizza - a much, much lower one.

Very busy restaurant and staff took the time to talk to our table and help us choose meals for the kids. Manager checked on us to see if everyone was happy. Very pleasent staff and food was perfect.
