Took out Boo Boo Abbey for the the first time today. Loved the great job they did!! Everyone is awesome. This is only the second groomer she has had since she was a puppy. Abbey is five!! Thrilled we have a new groomer. Our groomer moved.
Lisa and her staff are exceptional groomers and their customer service is outstanding. we tried several in the area and clips and crafts are by far the best!

Our dog was abused before we adopted him and Lisa has been the best groomer that we have been able to find. We have been going to her for about 10 years and are always thrilled with the results. She is very kind and our dog loves her! We tried other groomer's before and she is the BEST in the area! Highly recommended!
We asked for the same cut as last time. I experienced extremely bad customer service. My dog was shaved to the skin, with no fur left over. She is very uncomfortable. I called to talk to the owner, I was told that I was wrong, and their groomer did a great job. The owner also said that it is my prerogative to take my business elsewhere. They need to handle customer complaints better instead telling good paying customers to go somewhere else...Wish they handled it better, Will not be back.
