My wife and I each ordered a mid-rare strip steak, only to have it arrive 30 minutes later - very well done. We informed our server - Andrea - that they were very well done. She seemed confused - maybe she forgot we had ordered, as she wrote nothing down during the order process. We asked for new steaks, of course, and proceeded to wait 45 minutes. When I got up to ask where our meals were - she had no clue what we were talking about. No kidding. We departed hungry - a waste of time.
