This location is great for dealing with costumer service. I had an issue with obtaining a receipt for an online purchase through Staples. I have to give the manager a shoutout because she did everything she could to try to get me a receipt, she was not able to give me one in the end but instead gave me some advice moving forward. Within 15min of coming home after my trip I was able to obtain a receipt via email through the advice given from the manager.
The staff were most helpful to me in finding what I needed.
I called on my way to confirm they had what I needed and every item was at the front of the store for me when I arrived.
This is what I call customer service plus!

I was there looking for computer speakers. Coudl not find anyone to help me. Finnaly I flagged someone dwn who sold me the wrong peice, proimising it was what I needed. It was not - I called to get store hours for return adn was finally disconnected and told to try again later! Too busy up there to answer the phone or to help a customer look. I wont go back!
