Awful experience with the winnipeg store regarding breach of contract by selling me a fridge that is not available anymore. would not replace it for a similar one at no cost, after waiting a month after due date. manager was useless, incompetent and rude. told him that if thats how they treat long term clients with major spending this is so unacceptable and lawyer, BBB and social media will be informed of this.
I bought a Full size bedroom set from the Brick at 1065 Saint James St on April 17, 2021 - got my partial order (Bed Frame and Mirror) delivered on Friday, May 7th, 2021 at 11 am. Furniture came with multiple scratches. Sent pictures of the damage to the store but I was told that that's how manufacture makes it! and the frame they have in the store also has scratches. Apparently, there is no customer satisfaction guarantee on Bedframe so the Brick can't offer any reselection or refund!
When I asked to speak to a manager, 3 sales men and women said they were unable to get me someone to speak with. They told me I had to wait at customer service to speak with a manger. After waiting 20 minutes, a customer service agent finally asked a manager to come speak with me. I continued to wait an additional length of time for her to leave her office. I finally poked my head in and asked if she could speak to me. She told me she needed to finish an email First! ... real professional, not!

Absolutely horrible mattress warranty service. So complicated to make a claim online. Repeated demands for more measurements etc. so they could refuse claim. Entire pillowtop shifted after 8 months causing sidewalls to collapse. But damage not bad enough for warranty. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THE BRICK.
Melvin that works at The Brick Warehouse is excellent. We had an item that wouldn’t fit in our car and he was clever enough to figure out how to make it work. This is the second time we’ve dealt with him at The Brick Warehouse and he provided excellent service once again!
