I phoned 2 days in a row,
back to back, to try to order replacement parts
for our Woods deep freeze.
Both times, the individual who took the call
at the Winnipeg outlet intentionally hung up on me.
I am really put off and offended by that.
How do you hope to maintain a customer base?
The call dates were dec 7th and 8th of 2020.
How do you successfully run any business
treating people with disregard like that?
phoned your toll free number for your Winnipeg location on hold 30 minutes so hung up and phone on Regular number on hold a further 25 minutes ?How do you stay in business?
This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They gave me the wrong part when I first showed up (despite me giving them the model number and precisely what I needed) when I went to return it - they blamed me - said I should have checked the old part first to make sure they were giving me the right one. Wanted me to pay 20% restocking fee - ordered the right part online $40 cheaper than the one they quoted me. Never go to Reliable Parts - better service and results online. I
Unfortunately the best place to get parts if you can't order them online. I ordered my fridge relay switch online after I went across town to get one and they gave me a story about how the repair companies splice in this other version. I bought it and was not worth retuning it, when I finally got my ordered part it fit right in, no re wiring needed. Know the part you need well before buying from them.
They sold me a transmission clutch for a whirlpool washer with missing parts and refused to give me the missing part without buying a whole new assembly. Pirates.
