We purchased a stand up freezer from Tony at Bains. Very professional, knowledgeable,pleasure to deal with, and beat the competitors price. The delivery fellows they used, we can't say enough about them also. Would use this combination again in a heartbeat. Extreme pleasure doing business with Bain.
We purchased our first fridge from Bain's 22 years ago...and it is still running fine. I've also recently purchased an Electrolux front loader (a few years ago). The service has always been prompt, friendly, and the prices have always been reasonable. Conrad is always a pleasure to deal with. Next up...a new dishwasher - see you soon!
When I bought my first house I went to Bain to get my appliances Chris was awesome he is very knowledgeable about all the appliances they have and that I was looking for. He was honest and explained all about the features to help me make an informed decision. I will always go to Bain for my appliances
called, made an appointment. Tech showed up when expected, diagnosed the problem, told me he had to order a part and they'd call when it was in. Couple days later they called to say part was in so we made an appointment. Once again, tech showed up when expected and fixed it. No hassle, dryer works better than in 3 years. What else can a person want?
My comment and rating refers to a specific problem immediately after delivery.I purchased all of my appliances for my kitchen reno. They gave me a very good price, were helpful and even stored them for me when renos were delayed. The day following delivery I noticed a dent on the top of the inside of the fridge. When I contacted them I was told it was not a dent even when a picture and I should have refused delivery. THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE A damaged new fridge. Boo Baines!
I have shopped here for 10+ years. The owners are honest and have competitive prices. Super Friendly people. This is the 1st place I go when I need a new appliance or even any type of answer or feedback. Much better customer service than the big box stores!
I found the owners to be super helpful and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. I will certainly be going back there for my next appliance purchase. They are very fair in their prices and pleasant to deal with.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
After I paid them Neil the owner hung up on me when I called to have someone return and repair my washer or to have my money returned.
