We purchased our first fridge from Bain's 22 years ago...and it is still running fine. I've also recently purchased an Electrolux front loader (a few years ago). called, made an appointment. Tech showed up when expected, diagnosed the problem, told me he had to order a part and they'd call when it was in. Couple days later they called to say part was in so we made an appointment. Once again, tech showed up when expected and fixed it. No hassle, dryer works better than in 3 years. What else can a person want?
